Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return your item back to us within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unworn, and in perfect resalable condition with all tags still attached and packaging the product came in. We will then process either a exchange or refund (back to original payment method), when we receive the original product.

Exchanges

If you require a different size, please send the unworn, perfect condition item back to us along with a returns form, within 14 days of receiving the product, and we will exchange for your required size.

Damaged Goods

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If you find the item to be faulty in any way, please contact us straight away so we can evaluate the issue and seek to resolving the problem as soon as possible. If we find the product to be faulty usually you will return the item, and we will send an exchange when we receive the original.

Refunds

When we have received your item and established a refund is necessary, we will process a refund within 10 working days of notifying you. Please allow some time for banks to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Any bespoke or personalised items unfortunately cannot be returned.

 

We will not be able to refund if the item has been worn, label removed, washed or altered from its original condition in any way. The customer will be responsible for the return postage cost.

This does not affect a customers statutory rights or the right to return faulty goods
